St. Martin‘s feast

Dear guests,

we would like to invite you to a traditional Czech specialties typical
for the autumn time . We will prepare dishes from geese and ducks
with traditional side dishes. You will also have the opportunity to
taste the first young wine of the year 2016. This St. Martin‘s wines
will be opened according to tradition on Friday 11.11. from 11:00.


Starter
60g Roasted duck liver with shallots and port wine served with chestnut puree 105 CZK

Soup
0,25l Goose kaldoun with homemade noodles, vegetables and livers dumplings 55 CZK

Main dish
400g Roast goose leg with thyme and honey pumpkin cabbage with raisins and red cabbage with apples and bacon gnocchi with fried onion 325 CZK

350g Roasted duck leg with orange and ginger caramel barreled cabbage, potato variations and bread dumpling 265 CZK

200g Duck breast larded with almonds roasted potato pancake “skubanek” plum demi-glace 295 CZK

Dessert
3pc Pumpkin fritters with vanilla cream cheese and glazed walnuts in honey and brandy 95 CZK
